Poor timing having workers block 1/2 of hallway were the elevators. Also elevators got stuck then after a while they went to every floor. No one was waiting to take the elevator. You don't do this kind of work at 8 sm when everyone was leaving to go to SEMA

Our room was nice. Overall ok experience at the time, although there was a lot of construction and the hotel was at the end of the strip (stayed here for a conference). I was extremely disappointed after the fact. We had a $85 fee on our credit card for "late check out" that did not occur. I had a phone call that there were items in the room (I was in the conference), so my husband was given a key to the room to go and check. He went to the room and no items. Now I am being told that a key was issued at 12:54pm and that verifies late check out - no way, you called us to say there were items. There were none. Are housekeeping and staff in cahoots to charge more? I am very disappointed and will file a dispute with my credit card as your customer service was awful and less than helpful.
