One night stay - got in late. Their phones were down and couldn't reach the hotel or the shuttle driver for anThe airport pickup...but it was a nationwide outage that night for their phone carrier. The shuttle driver was still making the rounds regularly and was very friendly and helpful at midnight.
The decor is a bit outdated, but the room was very comfortable and quiet. The window opened so I was able to have the room cool enough to sleep. The breakfast offerings were good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

We had to wait 20 minutes to check in as there was only one representative and the gentlemen's reservation In front of me could not be found. Upon check in, I was not given the option for a free gift being a Choice Privileges member or additional points. I asked the lady behind the desk and she said she hasn't been give free gifts for Choice Privileges members in a long time. We had an early flight the next morning and the neighbors upstairs were extremely loud through all hours of the night. The walls are super thin and the beds are extremely hard. We made the mistake of booking this hotel on our way back through sea tac at the end of our vacation and I have been trying to cancel this reservation for 4 days (wasting precious time on my vacation) and neither Choice Privileges or the hotel manager will assist me. Do Not Stay Here
