I recently stayed at this property for 2 nights. The night before the day of check out I called the front desk and asked if I could stay pass the check out time in order to meet a friend. The agent asked what time I wanted to depart. I requested 2pm. The agent approved my request & we ended the call.
The next day at checkout I turned in my keys. The agent stated she hoped I enjoyed my stay & that I would come again.
I asked for a copy of my receipt & saw they'd charged an additional night. When I questioned the charge they stated that housekeeping had left for the day.
I asked for the manager. Explained the occurrence. (There was no mention of fees that would be incurred for requesting the late checkout). She granted the refund & printed the new receipt.
Two weeks after our departure, I noticed that the $108 refund had not posted to my credit card.
I called the hotel, spoke to the same manager. I asked about my refund. She asked if she could call me back in an hour.
When she returned my call, she said the credit had somehow been voided. She also stated that another previous guest had just called looking for their refund. She didn't know how it had voided.
The refund finally posted to my account yesterday

Brittany at check in was awesome. They were accomodating for my dog which was over the 35lbs that they usually allow. We were very thankful for that. For it being a holiday weekend, it wasn't that busy but that was okay for us. The rooms and beds are a little outdated and needs to be redone. But for a one night stay it was good. Just don't know if I could sleep for 2 or more nights on the bed.
