The Sitzmark Lodge at Vail offers families 35 guestrooms and suites with amenities like coffeemakers, mini-fridges, free W-Fi, flat-screen TVs and DVD players. Some come with sofa beds and fireplaces. For large families, book a Junior Suite, which can sleep up to six guests in two queen beds and a sofa bed. The hotel has a year-round outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi, as well as laundry facilities, a DVD lending library and hot chocolate, tea and apple cider in the lobby. Local activities include skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun for families in Vail. In the winter, enjoy complimentary wine and snacks daily in the lobby. A free breakfast is served every morning in every season and onsite dining for lunch and dinner is available at the hotel restaurant, the Left Bank. Parking at the lodge is free.

Peaceful and Clean

Beautiful lodge with everything you could need. Very accommodating from when you check till you check out. This lodge is in the best location.
Make sure to get a room facing the creek and away from the middle stairs. Our view was from room 204.

Love this place!

Although it seems like the Sitzmark has been there forever (oh ya, it has been), it has been beautifully maintained. The bathroom was up-to-date and the bed very comfortable. Our room was on the river side so it was very quiet. The breakfast in the morning offered a lot of different choices and was just what we wanted. The central location makes it the perfect spot to enjoy all of the wonderful things that Vail has to offer.
