Stayed here on our babymoon. Overall, pools and beach very nice and not overcrowded. Housekeeping brought used fresh towels promptly. On site laundry with no wait time was nice to not have to bring home dirty clothes. There were a few things that would make me probably not stay here again. Long check- in lines, menu options limited and overpriced food forwhat you get. Tried the restaurant 3 times to see if it was native just that day out what we ordered, but food served cold or just slightly warm each time. Wait staff not very attentive and took very long to get check. We actually had to go ask another waitress we waited so long. We ended up going elsewhere for all our meals. Floors dirty upon arrival to our room with hair all over. We asked for housekeeping to come clean but they didn't bring a mop just a cloth and didn't really clean. There was sand and globs of hair on the carpet in hallway that didn't get cleaned up during our 5 day stay. Pop machine leaking on 7th floor and out of water. Poolside water pitchers often empty. I get that these things occur, but when you pay a 40 dollar a day amenity fee it is a little upsetting. I would probably look elsewhere if you are thinking of vacationing.

Needed to get away to relax and take a much needed mini vacation over the holiday weekend! The Sirata was a right on the beach, super comfortable and the staff were all very accommodating. Enjoyed a big breakfast at the Compass Grill and our awesome server, Cynthia, kept everyone laughing and the coffee fresh! So much fun!
