The room was clean and everything in working condition. Pillow cases were stained, perhaps from pressing. (See photo)
I encountered at least 15 homeless people in a half mile walk from the hotel. None were aggressively pan-handling. The walk by the river is lovely.
As mentioned by others, the parking fee is high, but I did not feel comfortable walking around at night so I didn't park on the street.
Note for older folks -typical high bed so not easy to get in and out of if you have any mobility issues.

They upgraded us to a suite because we are platinum and we had access to their lounge, which was staffed by Susie. We have spent hundreds of nights in hotels with Executive lounges and Susie is among the best hostesses we have ever experienced. She is worth the stay here.
