My daughter and I came here for a 3 day weekend getaway. Upon check-in, the front desk ladies were very pleasant, welcoming and smiling. We had a king jacuzzi suite, which was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy with lots of pillows. Bathroom was stocked with extra towels. Breakfast included biscuits, scrambled eggs, gravy, sausage, grits or oatmeal, pastries and bread, fruit, yogurt, waffles, juices, coffee and probably a few more things. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. Pool towels were provided.
The only small thing we didn’t care for, which couldn’t be helped, is be advised where you room is located. We wanted a jacuzzi suite and it was on the 4th floor, facing the mountain. The elevator is in the middle of the hotel. So if you take the elevator, you walk down half the side of the hotel, around the corner and up a little to get to the room or you walk up and down the stairs. We got our exercise!
Breakfast is also served in the back building, a separate part of the hotel from where our room was. Still close, but be prepared to walk a little.
We’d definitely stay here again as the price was good and the room was great!

Someone tried to open our door twice one night after dark. They did not announce their self or apologize. My husband yelled and ran to the door and they had ran off. If it wasn't for the security lock they would have barged in. When my husband went to the office he was told it was an honest mistake and they would not return with him to check the area. I have stayed around twenty times this year in choice hotels and never been treated this way. I am very dissatisfied. I would have left if not for losing my money. Sincerely Marilyn Moeller
