My husband and I just returned from a weeklong stay in Honolulu. We stayed at the Princess Kaiulani Sheraton. This was our second time to stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We received an upgraded room with an ocean view (partial) instead of a city view. My only complaint is that the carpet from the hallway to the room was very stained and dirty. The dresser in the room had drawers that were hard to open and close, but other than that, everything was great. The hotel is a block from the beach and there are two ABC stores outside the hotel, which is very convenient.
We also had a bonus at the end of our stay. We got an extended check out time of noon, but our flight didn’t depart until 8:30 pm. The hotel gave us access for an hour to a hospitality room to shower and clean up after spending the day at the beach. We truly appreciated this!
The location is great, conveniently located to the beach, souvenir shopping, restaurants and retail stores.
We would definitely stay here again.

Living in Australia, but having had family in the USA Stateside, we were fortuitous to book into Princess Kailulani Hotel (PK) at Waikiki back in 1914. Since then it has become our transit home away from home as we traveled back-and-forth to North Carolina then Las Vegas. Facilities have been very pleasing but it is the staff professional competence, approachability and friendliness that has seen us keep returning. Our most recent visit had a problem due to our Australian booking agency but ERIN, in Reception, worked wonders in resolving our issues. Thanks again Erin and thanks PK
