Could be better

Started off on a rocky start. Even though my company called and made sure all rooms had the personnel name tired too the reservation, they screwed mine up and I had to wait four hours (until another party arrived) to check into the hotel. Besides restaurants, there it's not much to do near this hotel, so it was a long couple of hours. The main reason that I have the hotel though there stars was mainly for the room. While the size is nice and it looked clean, a couple of things that ruined the effect of the room. Phone missing buttons, ceiling peeling, and dirty ceiling (by exhaust vent). My view was of the garage.

Nice people at the reception, great room service, food was good. Room super clean, beautiful view, big. Pool very clean, gym was nice and clean too. Complimentary coffee and wattle every day. Staff nice and super friendly.
