Service and room was wonderful. The club lounge was great. The young woman who staffed it was attentive, cheerful, creative, and supplied food with variety, eye appeal, and excellent taste. She clearly was skilled, and most importantly cared about her work and the satisfaction of the patrons.
Our only caveat about the property is that although there is seemingly ample parking, above and below ground, it is shared by several restaurants, another hotel, and the convention centre, and with a big convention group visiting, at times it was very difficult and frustrating to park.

Thanks to Mark in security for amazing service on a lost-and-found item. I had already left the property and was in another city. When I called I expected “ya sure we’ll check”. Instead, he looked into it while I was on the line, located the item and couriered it to me the same day. That’s service!
