I picked this hotel because I am a rewards member and the price as well as location was right. Upon arriving, I find that I cannot have the room I requested because I was traveling with my dog. I was told I would get the same room (king suite) but without the view. Upon reaching the room I found it was a suite (as originally requested) but a two queen bed, hospitality suite and the quality was not on the suite level. The furniture was in dire need of replacement. I immediately checked online and found that the price for this suite was listed at nearly $100 less than my original suite. So, I addressed with the clerk (Erica J) who tried to convince me that the room was the same price even after I showed the current rate on the Marriott site. She continued to give me excuses. Finally, I asked for the manager (Brittany) who basically gave me the same runaround and was completely dismissive. After disputing back and forth, I was finally given the room at the appropriate rate. I'm not sure if they were incompetent or just unwillingly to assist me, but the avenue I had to take to get the right rate was ridiculous.
Nonetheless, beds were comfy and the club level staff was outstanding!

Took the wife to the Sheraton inner harbor (Baltimore) for our 25th wedding anniversary. And had a fantastic time...Great room with an amazing view! Great restaurants within walking distance and also enjoyed the Orioles Grill on 2nd floor for breakfast.
We met Le'Roy Smith (Manager of Guest Services) in the lobby...When he heard it was our 25th Wedding Anniversary he went out of his way to make sure we were having a great time. Even had a bottle of wine delivered to our room one night...This guy's a Rock Star!
Due to my occupation, I travel a lot and stay in hotels frequently. Most are just a room and place to get some rest and get out fast. But there is something special about this hotel. I can see one or two spots where the hotel can be considered aging but so am I. Like a fine wine...
Thanks Sheraton Inner Harbor for a great weekend stay...
