This was our first stay at the Sheraton City Centre. We were very impressed from our arrival. Our check in was easy and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was great - big enough for the two of us. The hotel is within walking distance to everything in the city. Lucas Oil stadium was a 10 minute walk, the zoo was about 20 minutes, the canal about 10 minutes, and most restaurants and bars/breweries were about 5 minutes. The hotel is around the corner from the Sailors and Soldiers monument. The best part about the Sheraton was the restaurant. Our breakfast server, Lisa, became our best friend for the 3 days we were there. She did a great job. The food was great and all of Lisa's co-workers were great too. We look forward to staying at this hotel when we return to Indianapolis.

My husband and two sons stayed here for August's 2019 Gen Con. The staff were great, especially Wes, who went above and beyond. The hotel also opened the lower level to the gamers and it was packed with board games every evening. Our suite was clean but the door handle to the bathroom was broken (it appears it had been kicked open at some point and the repair had failed.) Despite that, we would stay here again given the opportunity.
