Very nice hotel conveniently connected to the Bayfront convention center. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and problem free. Only problem was while we was there the power went out. They comped our Thursday night stay, then offered to move us to a different hotel or comp us for friday. The power returned about 10 that night and we already decided to stay, so they comped us 50%. I was pleased and would definitely return in the future.

The staff here was very friendly and the room was quite nice. Unfortunately on Nov. 1, 2019 the wind took over and knocked the electricity out around 10:15PM in the middle of movie. It was out all night and into the next morning - possibly longer, forcing us to check out early. We asked if we would be comped anything and were told that we would be contacted by a manager. Thought perhaps that they would comp the expensive dinner (which was just "OK") but nothing. We were never contacted. We have been Marriott elite members for quite a few years now so was expecting something. We realize that this event was out of their hands, however some offer would have been nice. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to others.
