Superior Street construction?? There is no superior street!!

The Hotels warning at the time of reservation said: "Due to Superior St construction thru mid-Oct 2019, guests cannot stop in front of hotel to unload car at front entrance". Well, it is October 17 and there is no road at all in front of the Hotel. It's a complete war-zone which of course isn't the Hotels fault neither the fact that sewage replacement work is delayed but a slightly more serious warning would have been nice. Bring your boots I would say:-).

Weekend getaway

We had an excellent experience with the hotel from checkin to checkout. Staff was polite and helpful with recommendations for local hotspots. Rooms were clean. The hotel is dated and set to undergo renovation soon as well as Superior street construction was noisy during the day and made getting there a little challenging. The stay however was great and we’ll be back. Looking forward to seeing the renovated hotel and the completed lake boardwalk
