Pros:
Location downtown was great, with easy access to 16th Street Mall and lots of great activities, shopping, and dining all within the distance of a short walk.
Staff were very polite and helpful
Convenient covered parking on site
Fantastic fitness center
Cons:
The shower in the bathroom didn't really work. I asked someone to come to fix it, which they stated they did. However, it still did not work correctly, and practically dribbled water out of the showerhead.
Overall, I just didn't find the room, the bed, the other furniture comfortable. It seems more like functionality over comfort. The room was small, in the Tower Building on the 5th floor, with an even smaller bathroom, no views out the window, besides the building right next door.
Overall - Not a horrible trip, but nothing about my stay makes me feel like I would HAVE to stay there again.

Some services were excellent, others not so much. Jesse at the front desk is awesome. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and important. In addition, we had a couple of questions/issues later in and after our stay, and again she was as helpful those times as she was when we checked in. The lounge Team was also very accommodating and helpful. The member lounge is quite nice with plenty of food and seating options. My wife needed almond milk and all she had to do was ask and they provided it with excellent customer service. The bell/valet/front drive Team not so much (after 4 days walking in and out, getting Uber rides and tours, still not sure if they were all valet out front or if there was bell staff or mixed?). We had to bring in our luggage and ask for help to store luggage (when room was not ready, understood and not an issue as we were early around lunch time). No offered assistance out of vehicle and as we left they actually sent our vehicle down the street despite an empty pickup/drop off area. When a follow-up call was needed, I felt interrogated by Security (the department I was routed to) and was provided little to no information. On a second follow-up call, I just happened to get Jesse, and she was extremely helpful. Overall, I would stay there again and/or recommend, but have to say I was surprised at differences in levels of service between departments.
