I recently attended a work conference at this hotel and it was sheer misery. The hotel is in the midst of a major renovation which based on what I observed it needs desperately
I elected to stay at another nearby Marriott Property and I am thankful that I did
The staff I interacted with was not friendly nor helpful as you would expect at Marriott
The on-site self parking was a complete nightmare. They charge you $19 for every time you come and leave. The worst part was after the banquet on the final night of the conference they had nobody working the exit gates of self parking. It took 15 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to exit. We had to call for a manager to come down and he started getting loud with those of us who were waiting. No discounts were offered yet one guy in front of me wasn’t required to pay given an issue with the gate machine
Marriott should be ashamed to have this hotel under their brand name.

I was there for a conference and the hotel is very nice with good customer service. Plenty of restaurants around but it was quite warm so walking to the restaurants was not something most folks want to tackle, so be prepared to Uber everywhere. I did take the trolley and it was air conditioned but they do run every 40 minutes or so.
