We stayed here for 2 nights after my son had surgery and it was awful. There is no way this hotel is 3.5 stars. All the carpet everywhere is disgustingly dirty, ripped, wrinkled and fraying. The furniture and lamps are dated, broken, torn, damaged. None of the ice makers work. They had signs on all the ones on our floor that said out of order try these floors instead. I went to those floors and those didn’t work either. All I wanted was some ice to put on my sons surgery site to help with his pain. Finally went to the front desk and they told me to just go to the restaurant like it was an everyday occurrence. There were no kids channels at all that we ever found. Lots of hidden fees including $25 a day for parking. What looked to be blood splatter on the walls and floor. Our room floor also had large sticky spots that our feet stuck to when we had our shoes off. Dirty and gross throughout the whole hotel. The ONLY plus was that the room was huge.

Hotel needs some major renovations, carpet need to be replace or at least re-stretched, is a danger to trip! Carpet in room had major spots and the cushion on the couch needs to be thrown out, totally worn out!!! Convenience to Enterprise Center was a plus!
