When I confirmed my e checking Scortell took great care of my stay, everything taken care of with high quality. Later I had a computer issue with one of the lobby machines Scarletle took care of the issue very quickly and also assisted with some other jobs i needed to complete. When I checked out Sina was also great. I usually walk to the airport, Sina point out the very high would make the walk bad, he got me the Hotel Van with quick delivery at 0315 in the morning. The Club floor staff was also great made me feel like a valued customer. Great place to stay.

We were in Albuquerque for the hot air balloon festival and only stayed one night so prices were quite high.
We got back from the fiesta quite late in the evening and, as it was quite chilly and we've been standing outside for ages, tried putting the heat on in the room. We increased the thermostat but only cold air blew out. It was quite late and we were very tired or we would have reported it. We really needed to sleep so huddled under the blanket. We did report it the next morning and they reception were apologetic.
Looking at other reviews, many people seem to have issues with the thermostat.
The was a horrible noise from the water heater when using the bathroom.
Couldn't see any complimentary coffee or tea for guests in the lobby like in most hotels apart from around breakfast time.
Overall it was a disappointing experience, especially given the price paid
