This beautiful hotel was perfect. Two short blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Close enough to stroll to the beach, but far enough not to get the boardwalk noise at night. Our king size bed room was exceptionally clean. Chairs and desk. Large window with view outside. Spacious shower with great hot water. Cold A/C! Daily breakfast included. Your choice of five different breakfast combinations. All deliciously prepared! Now, to the most important detail of the review, the staff. Omar, Neptali, Fernanda, and Itzel were wonderful at the front desk. Always helpful and smiling, we made it a point to walk by the front desk every chance we could just to feel their warm hospitality. They truly went the extra mile for us to make our stay wonderful! Our bellboys, Alberto and Antonio also had the highest standards of service and hospitality. From helping us with our baggage, to Uber help,to giving us great restaurant choices, and saving us money on local businesses! They were great! My wife and I had a beautiful stay in a beuatiful city. But most of all, because of the beautiful staff at Seven Crowns. Well done. We look forward to seeing you next year!

This was a very beautiful, clean hotel. The lobby was well decorated, excellent customer service from all the staff! Rooms are modern and comfortable, the pool was lovely,. It's the perfect distance from everything, the Malecon, in the action but peaceful at night, nice and close to shopping and close to Mercado for fresh squeezed O.J & large variety of fresh produce, clothing, handcrafted goods, art, jewelry, honey, baking, icecream, popcorn, churros, ect...!!! Also right next door to NIM, a unique, upscale, fantastic restaurant to eat at. Definitely recommend this place!
