My husband and I just returned from spending a week at the Serenity Luxury Camp... We both returned home to North Carolina, feeling more rested than we have in years.
Our bed was amazingly comfortable, the soft breezes gently caressing the tent each night, the hammock out front, the posh design and lighting inside the tent... the crisp white sheets, and the beautiful vegetation and gardens around us was beautiful!!! I'd unzip my tent flap in the mornings, and simply lie there in the air conditioning, gazing at the beauty all around.
The best thing in the mornings, was when Isamar would bring us hot coffee, frothed milk, beautiful flower arrangements, and sweet bread. She always went beyond the expectation, and it is because of her that the word "luxury" can realistically be applied to the tent camp. It's those things she did, the extra attention to the details of our visit, that are most memorable to us now. And again, the EXTRA things she did, are the reasons the camp can be classified as "luxury!" She also served us our breakfast some mornings at the outdoor restaurant tent. Delicious breakfasts and presentations by the chefs there. The breakfast was included with our stay, and a real treat!!!❤️ Isamar was very professional in her approach to service!!!
Mirian also served us our dinner a couple of times, and she was precious, and also made us feel quite special!! She pampered us too, like Isamar. We are so grateful to them both.
Julio was great, and also made us feel special!! We ate at the camp all week, and he would check with us in the afternoons about what time we would be eating dinner!!! The meals were all beautifully presented, and one night the chef went out of his way to create an authentic local dinner for us.
By the way, I fell in love with drinking pina coladas and eating shimp quesadillas by the pool!! Also one of my favorite memories. Thanks to Pedro, the service was exceptional. The beer was priced nicely, too.
The beach was beautiful, and the service at the beach club was very good too. Great nachos and beer!!
I watched the most beautiful sunrises of my life there on the beach, which was just a tiny walk from our tent. The first time we went, Astrid helped us use the bikes that were available for our use, but after the first time, and realising how close the beach was, we didn't use the bikes anymore!!
We're back home now, but would do anything to relive the week we lived there in at Serenity Camp in our luxury tent. Forever one of the best memories of my life.
Again, a special thanks to Isamar, Mirian, and Julio too, for going the extra mile for us. Little things, special details are so important, and you three made those details happen!!

The place is quite unique and the experience is wonderful.
The rooms are made out of tents, but every room has AC and a private bathroom that you would only imagine in a luxury hotel. The room is extremely clean and cosy, the bed is very comfortable, you have a night table, nice furniture and everything that you need.
The pool is clean and enjoyable. The breakfast (included in my case) was quite good.
The staff, especially Julio and Astrid, is extremely friendly.
