The rooms are large, clean and comfortable; and provide tea and coffee making facilities; a room safe and fridge with mini-bar. The rooms were equiped with a large flat screen TV, most of the channels are in Spanish, including peculiar channels showing US TV series dubbed into Spanish! But you can also find sky news in English. The bathroom is spacious and well fitted. Overall the decor is light, bright and airy. The hotel provided a good evening buffet and a fair selection of hot and cold choices for breakfast. However, serving hot breakfast choices on cold plates soon turned the food cold and unappetising.

Arriving to the hotel was great - polite front desk service and in the room there were even a complimentary sweets. Only thing we noticed immediately was the odd smell in the lobby area. The hotel's location cannot be beaten, just few steps outside the train station where you can connect easily with airport and with other closer or more distant cities in Spain. The room we had (with a terrace) was with a nice large bed and was cleaned every day, some days even twice. They also left the apples on the bed which was definitely a nice gesture, it would have been even better if the apples would not have been so sour and raw, almost inedible unfortunately. Overall, almost everything about the room was great.Only suggestion I have is to put more lights to the room, it was dark even when all the lights were on! The day one we decided to have a breakfast. It was good, but nothing special. I would have expected more from a four star hotel's breakfast,to have a wider selection and also to have something fresh, like smoothies or fruit salads etc.Or something simple, like pancakes. The service was polite from the day one but when checking out the lady in the reception was not friendly at all.All in all, great stay with some minor flaws.
