Perfect Gem

Rooms are basic BUT clean. Nothing fancy but perfect to get away from crowds and not wasting money on extra luxuries you may waste on other hotels. This will be our new spot anytime we visit destin. Was sad to leave and we will be back. Stayed on 2nd floor for better view.

Grandchildren did not want to leave

Sea Oats is a low rise privately owned place that was perfect for us. The beach is just steps from your room and not at all crowded. Our two grandchildren had a blast.
There is no maid service here but if you value your privacy as we do it’s a perfect place to kick back and relax.
The small apartment we stayed in above the main office was nicely equipped and just the perfect size.
Sea Oats isn’t a resort but it is a perfect place to hang out on the beach and enjoy family time. Our grandchildren are already planning our next trip.
