A nice budget option in North Conway, this friendly motel has 20 motel rooms, several with two double beds, as well as some with two twin beds that connect to rooms with a single queen. In addition, the motel has several larger cottages with more space and privacy. The rooms are somewhat dated, but clean and comfortable with solid dark-wood furnishings.

The hotel’s owners are friendly and warm, and speak French for benefit of Canadian guests visiting from nearby Quebec. The property also has a backyard with an outdoor pool and a microwave for guests’ use in the office. It is located on the northern end of North Conway, next door to the Kahuna Laguna water park, and a quick drive to the outlet stores and shops and restaurants.

We sisters came to the White Mountains to view the leaves. The School House Inn was a very comfortable and clean location situated in No Conway. The owners son was friendly and fun. He wanted to know if we enjoyed our stay which we did. I would vome vack and recommend

Great value, friendly, clean, conveniently locataed

Budget accommodations that are very clean and homey. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions for restaurants. Small stand-up shower and not a lot of electrical outlets was OK,considering the budget price - and the bed was firm and comfortable. A good place to stay to prolong a visit to the area, where there is so much to do. Main motel area is on a somewhat busy street, though traffic slows down at night - it was no problem for us. Love the old-fashioned motel style where each room has an outside door to the parking lot and you can park right in front of your room.
