Loved the design and the upgrades to the original motel structure. The cleaning staff is super friendly and attentive, but the front desk staff leaves a little to be desired on the customer service front. We had one morning without hot water and it took a few calls to get them to actually do something about it. But eventually they comped us the night and moved us to a new room. So all was forgiven. I think they're still getting the kinks out, but all in all, it's a fun and super comfy hotel that's in a great location.

The bed and linens were the best part. They were absolutely great. The location follows since you are in the heart of it all. The nitro coffee,tea, and water bar was amazing. It was clean. Cons: No parking all two nights of the stay (I had to park in a tiered parking garage behind the hotel, lots of "interesting characters/people asking for things", the staff was rarely around, the ceiling was peeling, the walk in shower was lackluster, the toiletry products were okay, the hotel is loud as nothing prevents noise from travelling, and other guests were loud in the open common space, smoking on the verandas right in front, smart TV was kinda lame...If you like kitschy, this place is for you.
