The property is on the beach. You will not find many beach resorts in North Goa. Considering its location and facilities this resort offers, the room rent is very reasonable. The rooms are very neat, the service is excellent. it has two pools and a sunken bar, very exciting. Breakfast spread is good. Its location is unbeatable with a lot of bars and shacks nearby a very happening place. Overall a nice place to stay.

Located almost touching a lovely beach, rooms with well maintained modern amenities, good service. The best part was the restaurant overlooking the beach with music that you could dance to everyday during dinner as well as at lunch. Atmosphere on the dance floor was electric at dinner time with its live band. Two pools within the premises, one with submerged bar stools and bar. We were there in a 15 member group and thoroughly enjoyed the 3 days spent in Nov first week. Recommended to friends who have also made bookings.
