This resort is way overpriced for what it offers. Other than that, if for some reason you need to get in contact with the resort manager or someone else that would be able to answer your question, you won't get it. They don't even reply or get back to you when say they will. They just don't care. They are probably more concerned with treating better their suppliers than their own customers.

It's a great hotel for families. 8 pools to choose from and lots of activities to keep kids from all ages entertained. Place was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant staff was a bit slow. If you wanted a drink, you really had to get their attention. The "monitores" or "tiozinhos" were very impressive. The playground was absolutely amazing!!! The playrooms were fantastic. The food was pretty descent. But nothing was bilingual, which is fine since you're in Brazil, but if you don't speak Portuguese, it will be very difficult and frustrating. The restaurant did not have signs in other language than Portuguese. The front desk staff did not speak English. The restaurant staff did not speak English. The adventure crew did not speak English. We were lucky to find one staff person at the spa who spoke English and there were 3 counselors from the kids club who spoke English and they made all the difference to us! My only other dislike were the meal times. For me, they seemed a bit late. I have a family of early risers. Breakfast wasn't served until 7:30, lunch at 13:00 and I believe dinner was at 20:00. We made it work but if you have early risers and tend to have your meals earlier in the day, it might be an issue.
