The facility is beautiful and the employees are friendly. Had a few hiccups. Night stand only on one side of bed, no dresser in room. Patio door would not lock. Water from shower and sink was brown before it cleared. Refrigerator didn’t work in room. A/C didn’t turn off. Food at Steak House was excellent until last day when Filet of beef was raw, potatoes and asparagus was cold and wife and I both woke up in the middle of night with diarrhea. Wife still feels sick. We paid for shuttle back to airport from hotel but driver was not happy and tried to pick up other passengers at other hotels until he was satisfied he had enough. We kept telling him to call Sandos as that’s where we bought our tickets. However even the above issues, we had fun

We absolutely love Sandos Finisterra.
This is our our 3rd time back.thanks to Miguel he's awesome. All staff are wonderful. However there is one staff member that absolutely love. We always joke and say he's number Juan in our book. JUAN CARLOS DE LA LUZ. he is So friendly, helpful, always smiling. We look forward to seeing him when we come. Thank Sandos. Tobeez
