Super close to The Orpheum and other theaters since the lobby door on Market Street cuts the walk time significantly from what Google Maps shows. Room was city-center small, but bathroom and bed were great. The thing which really took this from a 4 to a 5 was that the staff handled every inquiry or request extremely well. They open a text-message thread on arrival day with your mobile phone and then you can either phone, text, or speak in person to get anything you need. Stefon, Diane and colleagues made a material difference. The view from the rooftop bar Charmaine's is beautiful. Breakfast was very nice also. If you are not from the area note that this stretch of Market Street borders on the Theater District and The Tenderloin neighborhood, so make sure to confer with knowledgeable sources about when, where and how to be walking.

Was a pleasure staying with the proper hotel. Here for business, everything here is great, Reception is excellent, staff are professional and friendly, drinks are nice, always enough seats (comfortable ones) staff from bar...can’t ask for more!!! The stay was nice, love Aēsop collection to spark the entire experience, can’t wait to come back for personal trip!
