My husband and I spent November 9th and 10th Lets start with the good the room was very clean confortable bed. the pamphlet stated the lounge was open from 10:30 am to midnight not so opens at 5 pm. My husband and I were the only ones in there and we had to find the waitress to get a drink and chase her to pay our bill. The restaurant was even worse dinner waitress never came for 10 minutes we rdered a drink and dinner then we never saw her againg hd to go to the back room to get our water. the food was only soso. The topping on the cake was when we were leaving we told the person at the front desk how disappointed we were with service from the restaurant and they just laughed. So needless to say we do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights during a 10 night stay in and around the Banff area. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to one of the suites equipped with kitchen and found the room to be very clean and comfortable (some of the nicest beds in Banff!). Room was so spacious and would have been fantastic for a stay as a family. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it almost every day. Pool / fitness area was also immaculate and a decent variety of gym equipment was available. Parking was easy to get in/out of, large spaces and plenty of space available at all times whilst we were there.
There is a bus-stop right out front of the hotel but the walk into Banff centre was probably less than 15minutes with a decent supermarket around 10mins walk away.
Perhaps most notably, every member of staff at the Rundlestone was kind, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again if in Banff.
