This place is pretty cute and even has gated parking, which added to a secure feeling. From the street, it reminds me of something one would see in New Orleans with its shuttered windows. They made us breakfast each day, and it was good. The rooms were clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. The air conditioning was so good, I had to request a blanket; they brought me a lovely quilt to use. I don't understand their not providing beach towels, but this was certainly not a deal-breaker. It's in a good location three or four blocks from the beach, just to the left side of the church.

stayed here only one night while visiting san juan to see the beach and the surfing, i would say its the best value in town. Not the fanciest, not the cheapest, but the overall best value. It was nice and clean and really a good experience.
