IT is a beautiful hotel. Staff and service is excellent. The restaurants are amazing. Tons of fun during Day of Dead Celebration. Highly recommend. We were upgraded to a Jr. Suite without even asking. Beautiful room with patio/balcony with plenty of privacy

This hotel is certainly beautiful, but things are a little disorganized. Small things: ordered welcome drinks in advance that weren’t there, made massage appts. In advance that they had no record of, but the worst mess-up of all was that we had booked another hotel for a sixth night because Rosewood wasn’t available. A couple of days into our stay, we were called by someone on the concierge staff saying they’d found us a room for the extra night. We cancelled our other hotel. When we went to talk to them about moving our luggage to the new room the night before the change, they said they had no room! They and we tried finding another hotel in town...... nothing available. We had to leave San Miguel and go to the city of Queretero. All they could say was they were sorry.????????
One more thing.... when getting a massage, I was asked if I wanted a mask on my face and was told I’d just be charged for the product. Pretty surprised to find a bill of about $50 US for just the product.
My first massage was with Angelique(?) and she was great. One of the besr massages ever!
Check and confirm everything you are told at this hotel!!
Oh, and food is great.
