As always we loved our stay. The service is so attentive and prompt. The hotel is in the most convenient location for browsing the shops in the plaza and walking to Canyon Road. We walked everywhere to the restaurants we love and it is fabulous returning home to a small charming hotel as opposed to a larger one. Everyone made us feel like friends; using our names and asking how our day/evening was. They leave delicious cookies nightly which you can munch on while sitting by the fire in your room or have a drink in the living room on the main floor. . Very comfy bed and lovely bedding. It is a pleasure to eat in the restaurant. The rooms are sparkling clean and very, very quiet. Don't stay anywhere else when in Santa Fe. If you are on a budget, be mindful you have to pay for parking the rental car.

This hotel was excellent except for a couple of exceptions: The bar was totally lacking in atmosphere, and was over lighted....totally lacking in charm and the library and lounge on ground level were frequently rented out for private parties which denied their use by hotel guests.
