Overview

This recently renovated Quality Inn presents smoke-free rooms with new furniture, free safes and complimentary wireless Internet. A free shuttle service is available to guests, but make sure to book reservations on it, as it gets busy! Guestrooms contain a refrigerator, microwave and cable television. Three pools area are surrounded by landscaped gardens. The grounds also hold a children’s playground, video arcade and food market. Nearby, guests may play golf at the Shingle Creek Golf Club (the free shuttle stops there). Families can also spend a quality day at the area beaches, which are within an hour’s drive. When you work up an appetite, head over to one of the three, onsite restaurants. Plaza Garden offers a family-friendly atmosphere, all-you-can-eat buffets and, best of all, kids under 10 eat free. Pets are also welcome for a small nightly fee.

The most convenient hotel on I-Drive

A perfect location for doing anything and everything "Orlando" has to offer. Easy access to the Theme Parks, and is extremely convenient to the Orlando Convention Center. This hotel by Harris Rosen has been my personal choice for a couple of decades - plus. I've watched and enjoyed how Harris has continuously raised the quality of this very large 1,000 room hotel complex. All the rooms were completely renovated with all new furnishings which included large screen Samsung T.V.'s.
One lovely Lady at the Check-In Reservations desk has been there for as long as I have been patronizing the hotel, her name is Nerly, and you'll appreciate the professional way that she greets you. I always try to make it a point to check-in with Nerly, and make it a point to do my check-out with her. She always makes certain my room location is on a floor with the ice and soda machine. You ask why I click all five circles for an excellent rating. Hotels are all rated by "stars etc." but within each category some are just basic acceptable but you'll never return, and other's such as the Rosen Inn Pointe Orlando is all the way up to the top in delivering a perfect stay each and every time. I grant it the highest rating because of the room quality and cleanliness, and the level of service. Also to be remembered is the convenient location and easy access to numerous places that are within easy walking distance for finding a place to relax and enjoy or to just eat or enjoy an evening of dining.

We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and it was ok and we had no reservations about returning.
HOWEVER! This visit has left a very different memory. We were booked here as part of a
Package with cruise 1st so we went from a 5 star ship to a dated and smelly hotel! The carpet had holes in and made our socks dirty so we always ensured we had shoes on. There was a nasty stain on one of the head boards, the wood under the fridge was rotten and falling apart and the room smelled awful!
We ended up buying a air freshener from a local Target which made it much better.
If you get room #4100 CHANGE ROOMS!
