The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When checking in we notified Frankie that we were traveling with a couple who was visiting New York for the first time and celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary. I asked if there was anything special the hotel could do for them and Frankie immediately offered to place a bottle of champagne and flutes in their room! In addition, when our friends checked into their room the AC wasn't working and Julianne the Desk Manager was nice enough to upgrade their room making their NYC experience and anniversary all the more special!
Our room on the 10th floor was quiet, well appointed, clean, comfortable and reasonably spacious for midtown and room rate. The location, on 45th Street between 6th & 7th, was amazing; just steps away from Time Square, all major Broadway theaters, Rockefeller Center, Radio City and subway stations to quickly go up and downtown to all must see sites, museums, parks, clubs, restaurants, etc. If you need help deciding what to do, how to get around or where to eat, be sure to ask the front desk staff, Frankie and Loida are always willing and happy to suggest options and help with details. We would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to others.
