After we checked in to our room we discovered tv remote wasn't working so they tried to fix. After couple times they realized it was the tv that wasn't working. We have 6 & 9 yr old kids and just wanted to get them to watch tv & settle down. Lavonnia and the front clerk did their best to troubleshoot tv but to no avail. They could see we were tired so they worked quickly to get us another room. Thanks to these kind ladies we were able to get better set up for our family & get settled in.

Side note: The breakfast was sufficient for our kiddos!

Visiting family and first trip to a desert for us Ohioans. The staff at this hotel is so professional, courteous, kind and informative. Everybody, regardless of job, so helpful and friendly! Lovely pool, hot spa, and fire pit Room exceeded expectations. This is not your usual Rodeway. Great beds.

Now for the not so great. Part of our reason for selecting this hotel was that they had a bar and restaurant. With kids and grandkids locally visiting us, an important feature for us. Breakfast is included. Lovely area. Scrambled eggs completely dry, almost crunchy. Hash brown patties dripping grease and therefore soggy. Had to wait as did others to get the pans refilled. Out of oj, had to go ask.

Vending machine out of order (soda only) and apparently has been for some time. Fortunately, grocery next door so we got food and drinks, that we would have bought at the hotel! The lobby and interior signs indicated last orders for food and drinks at 9:30. No food at all and bar was closed by 8 two nights out of 6. Website posted food, etc. Right before we flew in last week!
