Hotel top, rooms top, pools top, kids pool top, service good, food okay but not 5 star, good for kids but many rules, location quiet but outside, beach is small and with black stones, general a very nice hotel.

I can’t not even begin to describe how amazing this resort and hotel is, the entire staff was phenomenal and friendly they went above and beyond for us, from leaving little surprises in our room of roses and Champange to coordinating our entire wedding with our Planner at Barefoot Bride Tenerife. The hotel managers even kept my dress in their office until I arrived and then mailed it for me when I left. The food was exquisites for our 7 course wedding celebration meal and the daily breakfast and lunch was extraordinary in variety and taste. I would 100% visit again and we may just come back for our 1st anniversary. Patricia and Sarah were the women who helps us the most. Patricia even stayed my entire meal and made sure everything was perfection. I can not praise them enough.
