Overview

This Bed & Breakfast is located on a peaceful waterfront property with a second floor porch overlooking the Roanoke Island Marshes Lighthouse. The original property dates back to the 1860s and offers just eight rooms with their own outdoor entrances. Two of the rooms are Family Suites, where children are welcome. A small Bungalow on the property’s back garden is also available for families. Family Suites provide a king-sized bedroom and a small room with either one or two twin beds. The Bungalow provides two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a small refrigerator.

Welcoming stay in beautiful setting

We stayed 2 nights in this lovely bed and breakfast inn, in a perfect spot in Roanoke. The proprietors are really helpful and there are nice areas inside and outside for sitting and chilling. Perfect spot to explore the Outer Banks without the hustle. Our room was comfortable and quiet and we liked having coffee, tea and snacks a available at any time.

We had a beautiful room, overlooking the courtyard. The bed was comfortable, accomodations including the continental breakfast were very good. It was extremely quiet with the outside porch open to view the Roanoke Sound and the marina. Beautiful place. Nice snacks in the
