Everything from the welcome to the room, the Viennese treat at 4 o’clock are superb!
The room was so nice. The bed and down comforter made for some excellent and comfortable sleep. We didn’t want to leave the bed.
We look forward to our next visit to the Ritz Carlton Vienna.

Best Ritz we have ever stayed in. Customer experience exceeds expectation. Thank you to Dijana Horak, guest experience manager and Tamara. Amazing! As we were packing a pair of shoes we purchased earlier in the day, we were astounded to find the sales person at Louis Vuitton not only placed 2 left shoes in the box, the shoes were also 2 different sizes ????. We were leaving at 4:45 am the next morning. Tamara took care of everything. She is having the shoes exchanged and shipped to us back home in the US.
