Five star for location. Very near to underground, shopping center, supermarket, restaurants. Complimentary mineral water in Tokyo Skytree shape bottle was great. Handy free smartphone was awesome!! They even provide in-room iron. My only problem (and quite big problem) is the pillows. 4 pillows on my bed are all too soft. Better provide soft to hard different pillows for customer to choose.

We stayed here late October 2019. Our Superior Twin room was at larger than we expected at 38 square meters. We booked through a third party service not directly with the hotel and had no difficulty, ($287 per night including tax). Please look into the hotel's frequent guest program upon arrival it provides a few free perks. Location is great. Next door to a large grocery store and across the street from a huge upscale shopping mall, the Tokyo Sky Tree observation tower, and the Oshiage metro station. This station provides direct access to Narita Airport T1, T2 and T3. Breakfast available (at the Sizzler) for about $20 pp per day. Hotel also has vending machines, microwaves and self service laundry available. Enjoyed our stay.
