Of the several varieties of waffles at this innovative, award-winning restaurant, the hippie-crunch waffles are perhaps the most creative (with house-made granola, wild berry compote, whipped cream, powdered sugar, and cinnamon). Sourdough and stuffed French toast are excellent options here, too, as are the numerous varieties of buttermilk pancakes and crepes. But as you might imagine, the eggs are the real stars. You can build your own omelet, or try the Jimmy-the-Greek Frittata (oven-dried tomato, Kalamata olive, fresh spinach, onion, basil pesto, feta cheese and Pepperoncini peppers) or any of the four varieties of eggs Benedict (including the lox and bagel bennie). You’ll also find soups, salads, and sandwiches (including the triple-threat grilled cheese on sourdough). Wild Eggs has three locations in town, all open for breakfast and lunch daily.
