For premier fine dining with fantastic views, the Sunset Grill is the place to beat. Nestled into the side of a mesa, the restaurant is the former home of 1950s prospector Charlie A. Steen, who put Moab on the map. Today, the restaurant features a collection of photographs and memorabilia, as well as windows providing the best sunset views over Moab. Closed on Sundays, the Sunset Grill is open nightly at 5 p.m., and serves grilled specialties like duck, steak and chicken, as well as pastas trout, and stir-fry.
