One of the finest features at Sacha Lodge is the open-air dining room where meals are served family style. You won’t walk away hungry. Ecuadoreans love their soup and this is especially true at Sacha. Both lunch and dinner feature tomato, vegetable, lentil, or locro, a cheese and potato soup. Also for lunch you’ll find tamales, cornmeal, meat, and spices wrapped in banana leaves. Kids will also like the lunchmeats and breads to make sandwiches.
