The Canyon Diner is located next to Ruby’s Inn and features fast food dine in and take out from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. from May to October. Diners will find burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and box lunches to take with them for hikes and park visits. The diner is one of two Ruby’s Inn dining options, the other the Cowboy’ Buffet & Steak Room.
