Located in Sugar Hill, a 30-minute drive from Bretton Woods, Polly’s is worth the trip. Take note that it’s only open seasonally from May through October. Choose one of the batters (plain, buckwheat, cornmeal, oatmeal buttermilk, or whole wheat), and an add-in (blueberries, chocolate chips, walnuts, or coconut). The six pancakes are served with maple syrup created at Polly’s sugar house. One visit here and you’ll be driving an hour out of your way to return again.
