Since first opening its doors in 1994, Not Your Average Joe’s has emerged as one of the most popular and steadily growing food chains in Massachusetts (and now Maryland and Virginia). The restaurant’s atmosphere is fun and inviting, with a retro 60’s vibe to it. The menu is chock-full of interesting and delicious items, including cranberry-teriyaki chicken with butternut squash cannelloni, Anything But Average Meatloaf, short rib stroganoff and mustard-crusted chicken. They have an excellent variety of burgers and sandwiches, and also have gluten free and kid’s menus. The kid’s menu comes with a drink and an ice cream cup. The ahi tuna wontons and crab cakes also get our nod of approval. With such a wide variety of menu items, this restaurant is sure to be a hit with even the pickiest of eaters.
