Serving breakfast and lunch on the Dutch side, Mr. Busby’s knows how to cook up food with a view. The beachfront restaurant is conveniently under a shaded deck area. The breakfast menu features eggs, Johnny Cakes (a St. Martin staple) and pancakes. The lunch menu includes salads, sandwiches, burgers, grilled chicken and shrimp and grilled lobster, which you can choose yourself right out of the tank.
