Seemingly built into a huge boulder fronting the old salt flats, you pass under a tree canopy to enter Le Grain de Sel. Inside, the vibe is beachfront casual and, in fact, the stunning Saline Beach is just down the road. Don’t let the relaxed air fool you, Chef Eddy is known as much for his creativity as for having one of the best French Creole menus on the island, making this a great place to introduce local foods to picky eaters.
