Nothing is better in the Caribbean than finding a local chicken shack and eating jerk chicken or BBQ with islanders, and La Reine is one of the island’s special treats. Now serving breakfast daily, from 7 to 11 a.m., the chicken shack is known mainly for its lunch and dinner menus of ribs, pork, chicken, steak and fish. Conch, Mahi Mahi and Pot Fish often make up the daily menu, along with goat stew, meat loaf and curries. Basic BBQ and roasted chicken are available for kids who may desire more traditional menu items.
