You can’t miss the prime rib buffet at the Irma Restaurant and Grille (at the Irma Hotel)—this saloon is known to serve the best prime rib in Wyoming! In addition to juicy prime rib, the buffet includes fish; buffalo ribs or BBQ pork; pasta; Oysters Rockefeller; sweet potato bake, mashed potatoes and baked potatoes; veggies; and a soup and salad bar. (In other words, come hungry!). Children under 6 eat free from the buffet.
Breakfast and lunch buffets are also available, as are a la carte options. Highchairs and booster seats are available for little ones.
When you visit, take note of the bar back; the stunning piece was gifted to Buffalo Bill from Queen Victoria. Another fun fact? The roof is not original to the restaurant/building because there were bullet holes in the first one!
Hours
The prime rib buffet is hosted nightly in the summer, and Fridays and Saturdays only in the winter. Reservations are a must, especially during the summer!
