Founded in 1934, Ernie’s is Columbia’s oldest full-service restaurant. Serving up breakfast and lunch, the restaurant actually serves breakfast all day. Breakfast items include pancakes, waffles, omelettes, French toast, and a great selection of breakfast combos.

Lunch offerings range from soup and salads to sandwiches and daily lunch specials like hamburger steak and a twin pork chop plate. Although there is no specific kids’ menu, there are many kid-friendly items like cereal, muffins, breakfast meats and eggs, as well as lunch options like grilled cheese, hot dog and turkey sandwich.
